What’s Convenient Care Plus?

We have the strong belief that our services provides a necessary solution to a problem that more and more Americans face each day: accessing quality, affordable healthcare.

A Convenient Care Plus membership removes the financial burden of high healthcare costs and, with several options to choose from, there is a plan that will best meet the unique needs of you and your family. For example, we have plans with no additional out-of-pocket costs for office visits and other options with lower monthly fees and office co-pays. Just choose the plan that works for you!

Our goal is to provide a solution that allows people to seek healthcare when they need it, not when they can afford it. Our members enjoy unlimited office visits (many with convenient evening and weekend hours)  and 24/7 telehealth visits with a healthcare provider for minor illnesses and injuries.

Convenient Care Plus (CCP) is not health insurance, but a healthcare membership program looking to improve the way you look at healthcare.  A CCP membership provides affordable access to basic healthcare to anyone, whether insured or uninsured. There are no waiting periods and you will not be denied for pre-existing conditions. Become a CCP member today to receive:

1. On-Site Visits: Our extensive provider network includes partnerships with Urgent Care Centers nationally, which puts you back in control of the “where” and the “when”.
2. Telehealth: Members have unlimited access to telehealth services. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. You can talk to a doctor from anywhere around-the-clock.
3. RX Program: Members can obtain generic medications from our formulary AT NO COST when utilizing our telehealth providers.  Our prescription program is good at over 65,000 pharmacies nationally.
